Figo Collective – Número 3
Figo Collective Issue Nº3 continues our deep dive into the cultural, political, and emotional layers of food. Through essays, interviews, artwork, and visual narratives, this issue explores the complexities of taste, memory, power, and preservation—intertwining voices from across disciplines and geographies. From an inquiry into indigenous seeds and culinary diplomacy to reflections on mental health in hospitality and sensory architecture.
As part of our coverage of MAD Symposium 7, this issue echoes one of the symposium’s most resonant questions: how can we build systems, plates, and spaces that last?
This issue includes 192 pages printed on FSC-certified and recycled paper. It features a curated selection of essays, recipes, travel reflections, artistic contributions, and research-based pieces, weaving together bold storytelling and careful observation.
